Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 48-72 business hours for your order to be processed & shipped. East Coast Calligraphy is closed on Monday's & Tuesday's, orders placed during close, will begin being picked & shipped on the following business day.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer shipping Internationally. In the mean time stay connected through our social channels. You can also send us your e-mail address to email@example.com so we can put you on our newsletter and let you know when we do. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We will accept and provide a reimbursement for all products that are returned to us unused and unopened and in their original packaging; as long as it is within 30 days of the purchase date and you have a receipt. We will only reimburse the original shipment costs of sending the product to you. Please keep this in mind when you decide on your method of returning an item to us. We do not provide a reimbursement for final sales and clearance items
The Refund Process
We will process your return promptly upon receipt. Refund will be credited back to the original method of payment, gift card or check send. Please note: It may take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
We are not held accountable
- East Coast Calligraphy will not be held accountable for shipping delays caused by the shipping company, the weather, or any other circumstance over which we have no direct control.
- If a parcel is 'unclaimed' or returned due to an incorrectly supplied address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees.
- Similarly if the buyer rejects a parcel for whatever reason, they will also be responsible for any return fees incurred by the shipping carrier.
Where to Send Your Return
Repackage the items you are returning and include your packing slip with the items you are returning circled. Use your own trackable and insured shipping method* and mail to:
